Lead Wedding Photographer
You've got a strong portfolio and you know your way around a ceremony and reception. We need someone who can handle the pressure of big days while staying creative under stress. You'll shoot 2-3 weddings monthly and mentor junior photographers. Must have 5+ years experience.
Apply NowPhoto Editor & Post-Production Specialist
Your editing style has personality. You understand color grading, batch processing, and when to break the rules. You'll work with Lightroom and Capture One, editing 400-600 images per wedding. Strong attention to detail but also an artistic eye — we don't want robotic consistency.

Want to learn while earning? You'll help with engagements, some wedding second shooting, and studio logistics. Must be reliable, flexible, and genuinely excited about photography. No experience required, just bring enthusiasm and willingness to learn fast. 15-25 hours weekly.

You're organized, detail-oriented, and actually enjoy talking to people. Handle inquiries, schedule consultations, manage timelines, and keep clients happy throughout the process. You'll be the face of Vision Photo before they ever meet a photographer. Great communication skills essential.
